Individual Counseling Services

At times we can be faced with situations or people that seem hopelessly unchangeable. It can leave us feeling alone and hurt, without a plan to find connection back to our lives and our relationships. We’d like to support you in your journey to find the path to your best possible self.

Our first meeting will focus on identifying what brought you to counseling and what you would like to be different. We’ll discover how your personal strengths can help you overcome the struggles you have faced, or are currently facing. We work with all genders, and adults and children over the age of ten.

Our approach to therapy focuses on identifying and using your own personal strengths to overcome the obstacles you are facing, while also teaching specialized skills to help address your specific concerns. Our counselors use research-based skills such as EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, among others.

We can assist you with:
Managing Stress and Anxiety
Loneliness and Belonging
Relationship Concerns and Building Better Connections
Finding Motivation
Overcoming Traumatic Events
Healing from Violence
Regaining Trust in Others
Communication Breakdowns
Social Anxiety
Reducing Anger

Reintegration Therapy or Other Court Ordered Family Therapy

Every relationship has times of struggle. Family therapy can rebuild and strengthen relationships between parents and children.

We have specific training and experience in working with children, parents, and families - especially those who have been affected by the court system.

During the first sessions your counselor will meet with each parent and each child involved in the therapy. Through these first meetings, a tailored plan will be developed to assist the family in creating stronger bonds and repairing hurt which may have occurred which is leading to strain in parent-child relationships.

Due to the nature of court-involved family therapy, it is unlikely that insurance will cover the cost of counseling services. Sessions are billed at $165.00 per hour. Allocation of costs will be made by parent agreement or outlined per court order.
